Shipping Policy

All physical orders from EesotericMedia are produced and fulfilled by Printify's print-on-demand network. As products are made to order, please allow the following estimated timeframes:

Production time: 2–7 business days

EU delivery estimates:

• Western Europe (FR, DE, NL, BE, etc.): 5–10 business days
• Southern Europe (ES, IT, PT, GR): 7–14 business days
• Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, HU, RO, etc.): 7–14 business days
• Nordics (SE, DK, FI): 7–12 business days

Important notes:

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• EU customers may be subject to local VAT at the applicable rate
• Digital products (music downloads, licences) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping
